CWT Resolve is a comprehensive customer service tracking system that allows CWT to streamline the process of receiving feedback from customer originated communication (phone, email or written correspondence) and monitor, provide problem resolution, and report on customer feedback.  It utilizes a Web-based environment that allows travel counselors to access the application either directly from the CWT network or for those offices not on the CWT network directly from a secured Internet application
